| Systems & Equipment: | |
Powder Coat Line 1 - Powder line with 880 foot conveyor and multiple color capabilities. Seven stage pretreat system, drying/degassing convection oven, climate controlled clean room for powder application and powder storage. Quick color change cyclone booth.
Powder Coat Line 2 - Powder line with 1200 foot conveyor and automatic spray capabilities. Eight stage pretreatment system, drying/degassing convection oven, climate controlled clean room for powder application and storage. Three separate dedicated powder booths with automatic powder application.
Powder Coat Line 3 - Manual powder system used for prototypes, samples, small volume and custom work. This system is enhanced by high performance electrostatic spray equipment, and a manual high pressure cleaning / pretreating system.
E-Coat Line 4 - Class "A" E-Coat system featuring a fourteen stage pretreat that includes acid cleaning for laser cut, brazed and welded parts. System includes all of the latest technology including tilting of parts in tanks to eliminate air pockets, continuous system monitoring, and historical data retention of lot control information.
E-Coat Line 5 - Small prototype E-Coat system utilized for speciality applications and validating new production methods.

| Pretreatment: | | Iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, alkaline cleaning, acid cleaning / pickling, reverse osmosis and D.I. final rinses. Multi-metal capabilities. Special pretreat process optimized for aluminum parts suitable for machining. All pretreat process are chrome free. |
| Test Equipment: | | Tests performed to ASTM procedures are: salt fog, adhesion, thickness, cure, hardness, water immersion, gravelometer, and impact. SPC principals used for system performance monitoring. Quality ratings available upon request. |
